Netflorist bad service and lying to customers

I ordered flowers and chocolates yesterday to be sent to a corporate office. The parcel was not sent however an email was sent to me saying that the order was delivered last night when I called Netflorist they confirmed that the parcel was not delivered and they wanted to send today however they couldn't confirm the time of delivery. That's worst service delivery and I was expecting them to atleast prioritise this delivery which they said that they can't do so and they don't care about what this has ruined my surprise. I am very disappointed and angry by thier services and won't recommend them to anyone
