NetFlorist - Bad Service and Late Delivery

I placed an order on the 3rd of Feb to be delivered on the 4th of Feb. Only half of it was delivered on the 4th. NetFlorist called me to tell me the rest would be delivered on the 5th of Feb (1 day late). I was also assured that it would be delivered first thing in the morning. The order was not delivered on the 5th; it was only delivered today (8th of Feb). I was not refunded or offered any credit. All I got was an apology that the order is late. I will never use NetFlorist again.
