Netflorist Bad Service

First time Netflorist buyer and probably the last time. I had ordered my flowers in the morning around 9, requested delivery to my work place. I called to make sure if it’s fine I keep the address or change to home address and was advised that delivery will be up to 5. I knocked off at 16:30 with no signs of my delivery , made multiple calls to check where driver is and could not get a definite answer. I had to wait a whole 45 minutes at my work place in my car just to get my flowers and could not pick up my wife from work because of that. Time wasted and am not even happy with the flowers I received. Would not recommend this experience and service!
