Netflorist Bad Service

Netflorist Terrible Service!!! Bought products on 01 Aug 2019 paid for them immediately for delivery on the morning of 02 Aug 2019. The parcel was in transit since 07:30 am and still counting on 17:10 pm. The parcel hasn't been delivered and they cant find the driver
