Netflorist-Bad Service

I placed an order on friday the 19th of July 2019 and I still have not received my order-today being Sunday the 21st of June 2019. Netflorist has been nothing but unprofessional. I have not been told why my order was delayed. Again in June 2019 i got a bouquet of flowers from Netflorist and none of the flowers were fresh at all.
