Netflorist bad service

I am not happy with the service i was provided by Netflorist. I placed an order on 4 March for birthday flowers to be delivered on 7 March. I contacted their call centre on 07 March in the morning to check what time the flowers would be delivered & i was advised that they would be delivered before 8pm. I called again at 4pm to follow up on the order and i was told that the florist did not have fresh flowers and my order would be delivered on the 8th. This level of service is appalling and i am very disappointed because my aunt did not receive a gift from me on her birthday because netflorist failed to deliver.
