NETFLORIST BAD QUALITY GOODS

I ordered gifts worth R1500 with NetFlorist this week And the presentation of the GIFTS WERE TERRIBLE!! And this has happened before , I ordered a month ago with them, the picture showed Lindt chocolates and Choc chip cookies they replaced me with Kit Kat and Oreos Not only are their service and packaging bad; they are a *******! They charge so expensive for such cheap chocolates and still charge R89 delivery fee per item. I will never ever purchase from Netflorist again and I am waiting for a response with regards to a refund or a discount due to the terrible packaging. I will never recommend Netflorist to anyone.
