Netflorist bad news

Hi all on the 17July 2020 I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for my Sisters Twins Birtday .1. Order No: *** Sune (Bellville) and 2. Order No *** Jana (Secunda) , on the 20th I looked at the progress on their online system, it then showed that the Belville order is ready to be delivered at about 3 , I phoned for both orders and they said that the Secunda order is on delivery , I also communicated on their platform with Blossom9 user and got same answer .Not one of the flowers were delivered, I phoned and lost my cool as this is a very special occasion , A Gentleman phoned me back after he phoned my sister which was the alternative contact for the Belville delivery to find out if flowers arrived as she is at the same address as Sune, he said that he will follow up on both orders and come back to me .He never did.The No.2 order arrived the 21st afternoon, obviously too late for Birtday on the 20th. The Order No.1 only arrived on the 22nd afternoon.I phoned and complained on the 21st and 22nd , but all this one woman told me was okay sir we can give you delivery fee free on next order.Till today I have not heard form them , bad bad service , I will never order from them again , after 10 orders before these 2, Thanx André
