Netflorist bad experience

Worst experience ever! How are they even still in business?! ordered a gift on 12th December for delivery 13th December. Still sitting at the office waiting for this gift to arrive and it is already 18:25pm (our offices close at 4pm) and not a phone call to say they are running late. Netflorist you have absolutely no idea what you are doing! I will never be making use of your service again.
