NetFlorist Bad Customer Care

they really do not care about service at all. after they receive your money that is the end of it. I ordered a cake which was meant to be for a birthday party. they sent me an email on the morning of the birthday telling me my order was out for delivery but it was never delivered. they then called a day after the birthday telling me they could not deliver my cake coz it was weekend. they had no decency to inform me in advance that they will not be able to process my order. considering i had made the order and paid two weeks in advance. currently, i am even struggling to get a refund of my money.
