NETFLORIST-BAD BAD BAD, UNACCEPTABLE AND DON'T GIVE A .....

It is now three weeks since my Mothers Day flowers from my daughter in USA did not arrive. Approx 15 phonecalls and 15 e-mails and the saga still continues. After being cut off today and calling back, the supervisor was to busy to speak to me. "She will get back to you", right, still waiting. If i was getting paid by my clients, my time spent thus far would amount to approx R5500 excl cost of call. I'm hoping they will re-inburse me for that, right, NOT! They also haven't responded to me slating them twice on hellopeter, obviously non-deliver is more NB than customer service and company image.. Yours in Waiting
