Netflorist bad at what they are supposed to

Hi I am actually very upset with your guys service. I have ordered gifts more times than I can count from you and every time, literally everytime you guys deliver it past 5pm. This person stops working at 5pm and there is no way for her to recieve the gift. Now if it happens once or twice I can understand, but every time out of a possible 10 gifts. How bad is the service you guys are offering? I'm actaully at a loss of words.
