Netflorist at their worst!

Had the worts experience ever with Netflorist. Ordered something for my wifes Birthday, but long story short. Had to spend over an hour in total to try and solve something that terribly confused them. Just changing a simple adress which is 5km away from the original adress, costed them so much confusion that her present eventually arrived at the end of the day but only halve of it??? To my surprise they just showed up the next day with the other half. Destroyed all my arrangements I had for my Wife's Birthday. Honestly I dont think I would ever order from Netflorist again, there are no customer service, they're only a system. Sad!
