NetFlorist are useless

I expected a delivery (Ref ***) on Sunday 21 June 2020 - which never materialised. I had to waste my whole day waiting al to no avail. I received a subsequent notification for a deivery on 24 June 2020 (Ref ***) for which, once again i received no calls for the entire day. On the afternoon the sender received a notification of my delivery having been delivered. Yet I received nothing.
