NetFlorist are useless

I ordered flowers on line to be delivered to Lydenburg. Netflorist automatic delivery addresses did have Lydenburg as an option. I paid for the flowers and only to receive an email the following day to advise me they do not deliver in Lydenburg!! How shocking. I requested a refund to be told it will be done in 3 working days. I find this totally unacceptable, what if I don't have any money now to find another company to send the flowers. Never again!!
