Netflorist are ******* - Worst Manager Ideon Koekm

I made a few purchases from Netflorist this year and orders placed in May for July delivery did not take place, refunds not processed, pay for items and they never get delivered and despite calling numerous times to speak to Ideon, he always refuses to take my calls.<br> I cannot believe Netflorist is still being allowed to operate considering what ******* they are!!!
