NETFLORIST ARE *******!!! DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM

It has now been 1.5 months since NetFlorist took my money for which I received nothing in return. I find myself in this situation because I had made a duplicate payment for one of my online orders because the first order didn't process properly on their side. NetFlorist informed me that they were aware of this and that my duplicate payment would be refunded to me. The accounts department refuse to get back to me. This is essentially theft is it not? NetFlorist's outstanding payment to me should essentially be paid back with interest by now? I can quite comfortably say that this will be last time I will ever place an order with NetFlorist.
