Netflorist are *****s

Net florist are useless and ************* they Ripp people off I have since ordered a birthday gift for my partner on Sunday as it was her birthday yesterday but till now it hasn't been delivered my order number is *** . I called them and asked for a refund and to cancel the order they telling me they can only give me a voucher but will still charge me for delivery as the item has already been out for delivery .I am very disappointed and ****ed off as their service is very poor and I will never use netflorist again
