I purchased two gifts for mothers day, there was suppose to be a free box of lindt chocolates for every mother, only 1 was given. You have to do two separate orders to achieve this offer, which is silly as you pay a delivery fee for each address! So the offer should be 1 free box of chocolates for every delivery.

Then I ordered both a large candy jar with ferrero rocher chocolates, one jar is smaller than the other and she receives a monetary gift voucher which she will never use. That is disgusting, Netflorist should have contacted me directly to inform me that they had run out of large jars and asked me what to do, not take it upon themselves to offer a small jar to my mother in law and a gift voucher!

I have called and emailed several times since then and I have never had one response via either mediums.

It is disgusting, I refuse to purchase a single thing from Netflorist and I encourage as many people as I can not to either.

I didn't purchase a small jar and a gift voucher, I purchased a large jar as she is a baker and it would look nice, that small jar is useless!

This is the only online store that never informs you of complications with your order, they simply decide for you and in the process make you look a fool!
