Netflorist Are Dishonest and ***** Money

I ordered and paid for flowers for a friend on 16 February, the flowers were never delivered and I received NOTHING from Netflorist stating that they hadn't delivered or why. I called them today and they said the emailed me (definitely.did not) to say that there wasn't a florist that could deliver so no-one delivered!!!

This also happened to my sister apparently - they are con artists, keeping quiet and keeping our money. I was told that if you don't respond to the email that wasn't sent to me they do nothing.

Please don't ever buy from them, rather go direct to a reputable florist, after all Netflorist are seemingly just a middle-man - a useless dishonest one at that!!!
