Netflorist are blatent *****!!

Netflorist were supposed to deliver two gifts to my house for valentines day, one for my daughter and one for my wife, both on the same order number. My daughters arrived on Friday the 12th as ordered, my wifes did not. I get an email the same day saying they could not deliver because no one was at home - that is a blatant lie we were here all day. Then they say they will deliver the next day - they do not but send another mail saying they could not because no one was at home - another lie we were here all day.<br> <br> I phone the call center and speak to Shakira Holland - she laughs and thinks its just a joke, what a useless individual. The supervisor is supposed to call me to sort out the lies, I need to know why they lie to their customers when in fact it is THEM that are plain useless.<br> <br> My order history on Netflorist site shows I have spent over R 21 000.00 with them but never ever another cent!!!!!
