NETFLORIST ARE ASSHOLES

This was my first time to purchase something in the internet, i was planning to surprise my girlfriend a bouquet of flowers and a plush which cost R750.90. I am very disappointed i already paid for the item and was deducted to my credit card, and i want a full refund for it but Netflorist are not responding to my emails, my girlfriend lives in South africa and i live in the Philippines, this is the worst online florist shop ever. I will never use this again. I NEED MY REFUND
