Netflorist are absolutely useless dont bother

We called and were told that if we order before 12 it will be delivered the same day. At 4.30 pm in the afternoon when we called to check they told us the florist doesn't have any flowers not even a pot plant to send. Nellie was not helpful at all I said if you had told us earlier, we would have made another plan with another florist. no explanation and no solution offered. Just sorry for the inconvenience. I do not recommend Netflorst there are so many other alternatives. This has been a disaster
