Netflorist are a bunch of *******

I placed a R700 plus order with Netflorist for Mother's Day. I ordered a huge bouquet of flowers and my mom was very thankful but had no idea how much I had spent. She sent me a photo and a thank you note. When I got the photo I was horrified at what she had received compared to what they had advertised. I have taken it up with them and they keep telling me that due to covid they short of stock of flowers. They short of stock but they still advertise these bouquets but don't change the price. They send you pathetic bunches of flowers and still charge the same price. They have said they will send me a R100 voucher to make up the flowers I did not get. What am I meant to do with the voucher buy another bunch of flowers which will cost more than R100. No not again. Do not buy from this company they are a total *******.
