Netflorist are a bunch of ******!!!

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day and they were not delivered. Netflorist is a joke, what disgraceful service. Today is the 15th and still no delivery.

Please i urge everyone to boycott this Company. They are more than happy to charge a premium for an occasion, but cannot deliver the service. Spent 25 minutes holding on the phone yesterday and still holding today and it has been 20 minutes,
