Netflorist appalling service. Spoilt my Valentines surprise.

Netflorist has messed up another surprise. Valentine's gift ordered Thursday. Received notification on Friday delivery confirmed for Sunday. Gift arrived and as always the wrong gift. Someone's else's gift but my contact on the card. Called Netflorst and was told sorry mam your gift is out of stock. I am told this on the day gift is expected. No communication in advance. Netflorist your service is just appalling. Just spoilt my Valentine's day surprise.
