Netflorist APP for late deliveries excuses

Frankly, it's not even worth allocating one star to this business.

In sort, personalized CONSUMABLES were ordered for my husbands birthday. After phoning this call centre 3 times on his birthday, begging for the goods to be delivered before 14:00, then 15:00 then 15:30, my husband lost out on an afternoon off, a surprise was ruined and a special family function was delayed by hours, because the Netflorist driver can't use his own discretion and drive from somewhere in Randburg to Fairlands (still in Randburg by the way) to make a delivery. NOOOO! Because apparently he's using an APP. Well well, not very effectively it would seem.

I'm currently fighting for a full refund, due to all the inconvenience caused, and due to the fact that consumables are kept in a delivery truck the entire day, only to be delivered on the Netflorist schedule because an APP is being used and not someone's common sense. So I wonder how many people has been ill due to consumable that went off during the course of the day because of late scheduled delivery times? The audacity to only want to refund 50% of cost, less delivery fee AGAIN! News flash, delivery was already included in the innitial total amount paid people!

So my advice to anyone wanting to deliver any goods to loved ones, rather use Interflora. No hassle, goods are actually delivered on time and agents still try to assist in situations where exceptions should be made for deliveries.
