Netflorist and Capitec father's day voucher

This service is pathetic!! I was shopping for a father's day gift on the 12th of June and saw an adverti*****t that Capitec and Netflorist had vouchers you pay R100 and receive a R300 voucher that voucher didn't even work. I called Netflorist and an agent by Pamela Achike said I should send an email with the code which I did. Till this day I haven't been contacted and my R100 was not refunded either I'm so upset because I sent this to so many people spreading the word because this was a advertised as a great deal only to be ****med my R100!! I even had to go through the inconvenience of shopping for a gift last minute
