Netflorist are the most *********** online service provider i have had the misfortune to deal with. This is probably the 3rd or fourth time they have either delivered a day later than promised or delivered complete nonsense. In this case flowers, teddy bear and card were ordered and paid for 3 days in advance, teddy bear was delivered at 7:30am, no flowers nor card, we followed up with the call centre only to be told some wishy washy nonsense on why it happened that way. Then the wrong flowers and wrong card delivered at 8:30pm in the evening, birthday long over. Called the call centre again and oh sorry for you, Netflorist should get into a new line of business because they cant deliver flowers.
