Netflorist always UNfashinoably late 🙄

Been using netflorist for 8 years and it's become a regular thing where deliveries are made after 5pm even when selecting express delivery, they reschedule for today at 16:45pm now honestly speaking what point is it delivering gifts at a work place when everybody has already gone home? This was my last order from Netflorist IL save the R1500 and drive down to her office myself with a fresh bunch of flowers and even more gifts.
