NETFLORIST! All promises no show!!

I ordered an arrangement which cost almost R900. This was delivered on Tuesday, with dead flowers. The arrangement was very poorly done as well. I sent them and email with photos and received a call back on Wednesday with an apologies and a promise that a fresh arrangement would be delivered on Wednesday. At 17-30 it was still not delivered and my request for them to call me went unanswered. While in the gym this morning the delivery gentleman called, just after 7 stating he was at my house with the delivery...I advise I would be home at 9, and he repliek he cant come back. Abiut 5 minutes later an email was sent from Netflorist confirming that the delivery would take place this morning... After the driver already left. Emails to the complaints department have twice been rep**** with a generic email to say the problem has been resolved, while I am still waiting on the arrangement. It seems like this is R900 down the drain
