NETFLORIST, ALL BARK NO BITE

I placed an online order for 3 items to be delivered to my boyfriend for his birthday. I chose 3 separate items however, I had inserted into the special instruction box that I want all 3 items to be delivered together as it was being sent to one person. What a disappoint it was when I found out that all 3 items were delivered on 3 separate occasions during the course of the day!!! If this was not enough of a disappointment I found out that the items were delivered to him in an ordinary cardboard box! how disgusting. This was meant to be a birthday present and it was presented to him as if he had ordered it for himself. On the website the items are beautifully displayed and no where on the website does it indicate that your items will be delivered in ugly packaging boxes. I ordered items to the value of R1200 and I have to say it was an absolute waste of my money. I will NEVER order from Netflorist again and I will definitely warn friends and family about ordering from them as well.
