Netflorist - All about taking your money and not the quality they deliver

It goes without saying that I’m SOOOOOOOO disappointed with Netflorist’s quality of roses that was delivered today REF *** I sure was not charged 50% of the normal rate for the 24 roses, for my wife to receive 50% of them being dead and in a terrible state. I’m not sure how this slipped through as Netflorist normally have got good Quality Control if I go by past experiences. I’m typing this complaint in the hope that it will be taken seriously AND Netflorist somehow prevents this from happening cause it sure wasn’t nice giving my wife “What seem like 2nd hand flowers”’
