NETFLORIST ADVERTISE BUT DO NOT REACT

Netflorist has lost business from me before because their directors leave everything to their call centre. Would you leave your business to the careless???

This time - after much searching on line - I decided on a gift and then wanted to add champagne that Netflorist advertises = cannot OUT OF STOCK. How stupid can you be when it is within your control to replace out of stock items??? You sell all makes of wine!

I just gave up and asked for a Director to call me.. nothing has happened in the whole day. Been ignored = great customer service and trust??
