Netflorist Absolutely Useless Services

Ordered flowers to be delivered for womans day, sent proof of payment via email, flowers were sent on 5 days later, i told that the person receiving the flowers will receive a R150 gift voucher, when delivered, no voucher was given, called in, consultant said voucher is only valid on next purchase of flowers with a discount of R150, i was **** to by Netflorist consultant, I asked is it a gift voucher, was told yes, i said hand deliver to the person receiving flowers as it was so late and the incompetence of Netflorist.
