Netflorist a ****py service provider

<p>I had a very bad experience with netflorist. Never again would I allow them to be on my list of florists. I ordered a valentines combo from them and stipulated times and a date for the gift to be delivered. I kept in contact and was tracking the gift and everytime I called they said they are preparing the gift. the first time was 10am and I told them either adhere to that time or at 1pm but an allowance of 15 minutes late is ok. Just not later. At 2pm I call and they haven't delivered it as yet and I said please deliver it to my girls home by 4pm and they said that they will. They didn't keep to their word and the purpose of the day has passed. Unfortunately I'm in gauteng and my girl is in durban. Had I known what a ****py service provider netflorist is I would have damn bought the items and drove down and personally delivered it to my girl. They kept saying they cannot promise the time and they are very busy. Why don't they prepare well in advance for special occasions by hiring more staff and delivery guys. They clearly want the money paid before delivering any goods, they should seriously reconsider that as they don't keep to times and dates of delivery. I can only imagine what would happen if someone uses netflorist for a funeral. The flowers would probably be delivered a week after the deceased has been put to rest!!! I highly do not recommend this ****py service provider called netflorist to anyone in need of a florist!</p>
