NetFlorist a no go!!

I ordered my husband a cupcake in a jar, needless to say you pay R210 for a cupcake. I ordered it yesterday for delivery today. I send an email and phoned to say that he only works untill 16h00 and they must deliver before the time as it is a cupcake and if they are late he will only receive it Monday and then it will be ruined. It took about 24 hours to process the order and then from 13h00 it showed out for delivery. It is now 16h30, my husband left and still no delivery was made!! I will never use them ever again!! You can't complain about the service, because they have NO SERVICE!!
