Netflorist - a disgrace !

Shocking, dismal, unreliable service!!! On the day of delivery I get a mail late afternoon to say they cannot deliver!! I had to call back 4 times; each time trying to get someone to get something equally nice delivered for a birthday, I eventually ended up having to send a little miserable box of chocolates with no ballon (because the balloon is in a different department !! quote verbatim)!!!! I personally would never recommend using Netflorist!!! I have been with them for years and they were great, but over the past 2 years there has been nothing but unreliable service and questionable practice in my opinion! they have gotten too big and cannot cope with the volume it would seem. They do not seem to grasp the gravity of letting their customers down on what is meant to be a special occasion! Next update - I have just found out that in fact they never delivered the second miserable box of chocolates I paid for either!!!! How bad can one company get. Worst of all - you CANNOT get to talk to anyone senior, you get to talk to a call centre and they truly do not care, and cannot answer any question that may mean trying to help the customer!! Will never use them again!.
