Netflorist a disappointment

totally insensitive marketing - received a message from them stating Your mom called – she wants this gift! -

my Mum passed on in 2020. totally inappropriate

this is the 2nd time this year Netflorist has disappointed me - the birth of my grandson - I ordered roses for my daughter and they delivered PINK roses for the birth of my grandson when I asked for YELLOW
