Netflorist a disappointment!

Placed an order for a large flower arrangement on the 30th of Jan 2021 for my mums birthday which was yesterday (11/02/2021). Netflorist delivered a medium(24 roses) bouquet instead of a large(36 roses). It's got me thinking how many people have they ****** since we order items for them to deliver to family members who are unaware of what they are supposed to be receiving for special occasions. When the call centre was called they were of no help. I am disgusted with the service I received and I will not use Netflorist again. The image they build up with regards to their products and services are never up to scratch and we have always been disappointed by either their delivery or the product itself.
