I have purchased a voucher with the intention of buying my mom a mothers day gift. I received a order number after entering my email address and took a screenshot of it just to be sure. I waited 2 days for the voucher code so I could get my mom something 5 days later I haven't received anything I logged a complaint to their chatbot on Whatsapp and didn't get any help all I was told is that its been escalated, every time I call no one picks up. I was told the finance team would get back to me STILL NOTHING. I bought this voucher via Capitec live better benefits
