Netflorist 😭

I have made numerous purchases from netflorist previously but it is with regret that my last experience was pathetic. Mothers day was supposed to a joyous occasion. I paid R750.00 for flowers to be delivered , what was sent was absolutely nasty it did not look like what was advertised on website. Apology was received via email from netflorist and they want to refund R90.00. But my reputation with the recipient is completely gone, proper laughing stock.
