I had a disappointing experience with NetFlorist. They delivered the wrong flowers for my order, and after I logged a complaint, I received no meaningful response. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, I received no reply, and was only told that the issue would be "looked into." To this day, I’m still waiting for a resolution. The lack of accountability and poor communication has made this a frustrating experience. I expected better service from a company of this nature.
