I ordered a Father's day gift and the only confirmation I've got was from my banking app saying that the payment was successful. I had difficulty logging in to check my order number or any details. The only pleasant experience was the lovely driver who was sincere and apologetic when delivering my order because I explained that I wasn't sure if I was getting an order. I hope your service gets better FAST
