I recently ordered a personalised gift for a friend's wedding anniversary. The lady who dealt with my query and order was great! The service was excellent, and although I only gave Netflorist a day's notice, they got the order absolutely spot on; with e-mails informing me that my order was due to leave the warehouse, that it had left the warehouse, and when it was delivered. Fantastic experience.
