Netflorist - 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed????????

While out of town I bought my wife a bunch of flowers and "added" a special touch, i.e. Macaroons; both of which were to be delivered on the same day, i.e. 6 February 2019. Flowers were delivered on the same day, however, when I returned home on 10 February the macaroons have still not arrived with no notification or any communication whatsoever. I contacted Netflorist on 11 February, after numerous attempts on their different numbers I finally got answer, with Netflorist confirming that delivery will take place on the Wednesday 13 February...in time for Valentine's. Needless to say, since then no Macaroons have been delivered, have not been able to get hold of them via any phone number, and received no response to my email sent on 14 February 2019. I am truly not satisfied and will not recommend this service, for which one is paying an absolute premium price, to anyone.
