I ordered a gifts for someone's birthday a week before delivery. On the day only 1 gift arrived. I called to find out what had happened, I was told there was a delay, I was told it would be delivered a day after. This was already passed the birthday date. Today marks 4 days, still no gift, no response or no answers to any of my messages or emails. Worst service ever, very disappointed.
