Netfloris not processing order

This is the second time I order on the net from Netfloris and the second time I have problems. I order flowers on the 8 Nov to be delivered on the 10 Nov, paid ebuck and credit card, the system gave me order no, get an mail from them confirming the order, but no detail in the mail. When I try the order no, the system could not find it,. I send them a mail, they told me it is stuck in the system, on the 10th they told me I only pay part, although on my side both payments show. They did not come back and now they full of stories. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN
