Netflorest the worst online company

This is one of the, if not worst online ordering companies. We will not support them again and will make sure others won't support them in future. We ordered roses for my Mothers 60th birthday since we don't stay in the same country. After my Mother received the roses she phone to thank us for it and to let us know the state of the roses. She sent us the photo and I firstly there was only 9 and not 12 roses as stated, no lint and no message on the base as stated on their website. Then the roses, they are brown, not white like it should be. Looks like it been in someone's trunk for a week. Thank you for once again *****ing up the surprise for my Mother seeing that the same thing happened last year when we sent her flowerers through netflorist.

False advertising cause you don't get what you order. Something should be done about this.
