Netflorest Delivery service is appalling

I ordered my wife a anniversary gift on Friday at around 12:00. As per the web site same day delivery was expected, but I received no delivery or any sort of notification.

Saturday it seems the package was sent out and a delivery attempt was made, but I was not home, once again due to any sort of notification. The delivery service doesn't even have the decency to pick up the phone and make a call as I was just around the corner and could have been there in 5 min.

It is Sunday morning and I still don't have my package with which I wanted to surprise my wife, well done Netflorest.
